SCREEN PlateRite HD 8900N – Thermal CTP, 8-up (B1) – 2016 High-performance external-drum thermal platesetter for 8-page B1 format, manufactured by SCREEN in Japan in July 2016 (serial no. 10017) and supplied in Europe by FUJIFILM Europe. The machine is still installed and under power. Counters • Plates exposed (plate winding cycles): approx. 256,600 • Exposure time: 2,034 h • Actual running time: 5,930 h • Power-on time: 79,423 h The power-on figure is high because the unit was left switched on. Actual running and exposure hours, which reflect real wear on the imaging system, are low for a 2016 platesetter.
