    Description

    The Bobst 102 BMA is a high-performance automatic die-cutting and hot foil stamping machine designed for premium packaging production. It enables: • Precision die-cutting of paper, cartonboard, and light corrugated materials • Hot foil stamping for luxury finishes (gold, silver, holographic effects) • Embossing and debossing for tactile and high-end visual impact • High-speed production up to approx. 7,500 sheets/hour • Accurate registration thanks to Centerline system and advanced sheet control Ideal for producing: • Luxury packaging (cosmetics, perfumes, spirits) • Pharmaceutical cartons • High-end folding cartons and branded packaging Accessories Die-cutting section: 1 unit • Stripping section: 2 upper / 2 lower units • Raised machine: 420 mm ⸻ Bobst: • 6 hot stamping reels • Pre-feeder at the feeder section • Hot stamping plate carriers: 1 upper / 1 lower • Non-stop system at feeder and delivery • Raised machine: 420 mm
